Inquiries are handled in Japanese only.
1. sending an inquiry
Log in to the Help Page, and click the "Contact Us" button at the upper right corner of the Home Screen to open the Contact Form.
Enter the required entry fields on the inquiry form and click "Submit" to send your inquiry to the Customer Center.
To check your inquiry history, press the user's account name in the upper right corner of the home screen, and then press "My Activity.
You can check your inquiry history from "My Requests". If the status is "Unresolved", please wait for a response from the Customer Center. 2.
2. check the response to your inquiry
Log in to the help page, press the user's account name in the upper right corner of the home screen, and then press "My Activities.
You can check the history of your inquiry from "My Requests".
If the status is "Unresolved," please wait for a response from Customer Center.
When you receive a response from the Customer Center, the status will change to "Resolved".
Move the cursor over the subject of your inquiry to display the contents.
Confirm the content of your inquiry and the response. If the inquiry is not resolved, or if you wish to add a related inquiry, Enter the content of the inquiry in the "Add to Conversation" field circled in red and submit it to send an additional inquiry to the Customer Center.

You can also check the response from the Customer Center by sending an email to the Email Address in your account, but since the sender's address is for sending only, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry even if you reply to it. Please use the help page to send your inquiry.
